Short, and the same for every form. We are not selling a list. We are trying to open a water.
What we collect
On the waitlist: name, email, zip, city, marina, boat type, the plan you have in mind, and any note you type. On maker and marina apply: the same, plus phone, business name, and — for makers — cottage or licence details you choose to give.
Where it goes
The browser posts to our own site. We write the row into Airtable through n8n, which we operate. That is the operations desk. We do not sell this to anyone. We do not run ads against it.
Why
So we can write when Clear Lake, Kemah, or Seabrook opens, or when your zip becomes a water we can serve. Maker and marina rows are applications. We use them to decide who we call first.
How long
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the club has written and you are a member or a no. Waitlist rows that never become a member we will not keep as a marketing list.
Ask us
Email orders@coastalcavaliers.com and say delete. We will take the row out of Airtable. The member app, today, stores a hold on your phone only — that never reaches us until we say otherwise on that screen.
