- One cooler. One window. Wednesday noon cutoff. Friday stage or Saturday morning — your call.
- No staff. No fee. We supply and service the cooler. You do not add a body.
- Insurance rides with us. The marina is named additional insured before the first box moves — the COI comes before the cooler does.
- Month to month. Thirty days’ notice, either side.
First water: Clear Lake, Kemah, Seabrook. We will not name a host until the yard has said yes.
